Lunch

Starter
Fan of fresh cheese and tomato, marinated to oregano and dressing of olives. Fresh shrimp salad over mix of red and green peppers. Ceviche of the Pacific macerated in olive oil, brush strokes of Cilantro and Lemon. Serrano ham toast on arugula leaves, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Salmon carpaccio with Pica Lemon dressing, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and capers. Soup or cream soup of the chef. Artichoke hearts with salmon, marinated in Pica lemon on avocado mousseline.
Fondos
Grilled chicken on spinach sautéed with olive oil and Piedmontese puree. Grilled Salmon accompanied by asparagus mousse and sauteed vegetables. Baked beef medallion accompanied by roasted potatoes in their sauce and orchard bouquet. Turkey filet to the fine herbs accompanied with creamed spinach and sautéed mushrooms. Pork sirloin in merlot sauce accompanied by sautéed vegetables and rice timpani with cilantro.
